When you sign up, we collect your name, email and the role you choose (candidate or recruiter). When you take an interview, we collect your audio, video (optional), text responses, code submissions, and integrity signals (focus loss, tab switches) needed to compute your score.
To generate your AI feedback report, score, badges, and (if you opt-in) your public profile that recruiters can search. We do not sell your data.
Public profiles are off by default for new accounts. You can opt-in from your profile settings. After your first interview we auto-enable it once so you can be discovered — you can immediately turn it off from settings.
We use OpenAI GPT-5.2 and Whisper through Emergent's secure proxy to evaluate interviews and transcribe audio. Your data is not used to train third-party models.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store card data on our servers.
You can delete your account, export your data, or make your profile private at any time. Contact info@cygnuspandas.com for any data request.
By using InterviewVerse you agree not to misuse the AI evaluation, not to attempt to break integrity monitoring, and to provide truthful information about yourself. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate fair-use.
